- prepare project participants for an international working environment
- improve the English language skills of the participants

with regard to the social competence of the participants we want to
- eliminate prejudices against other cultures
- encourage personal initiative, ability to work in a team, compromise and resolve conflicts
- develope the presentation skills of the participants
