Once again, cooking was on the agenda today. In the meantime, communication in different languages had become a matter of course for the participants. And – with hands and feet it always works :-))
And what was delicious? Herb soup and puff pastry snails filled with cream cheese for starters, regional sausage with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut for the main course and Pan de Calatrava for dessert. It was delicious!
After lunch, the participants met in the workroom and delved back into their work assignments. They analysed the visited companies from a marketing policy point of view: Product policy, price policy, communication policy, distribution policy.
In the late afternoon, the participants were able to obtain important information on the topic of „sustainable baking“ from master baker Schiffer. Here, the focus was on regional flour and its nutrients. A comparison with bread from the discounter clearly showed the difference in quality.
After all the „dry – but delicious – bread“, there was a wine tasting, professionally led by three students from the academy: Madeline, Darja and Carolin. Many thanks to the trio!
